The St. Helena Parish C.A.R.E.S. Committee is inviting community leaders to their Round Table Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, December 14, 2022, from 10:00am - 12:00pm at the St. Helena Parish School Board Office. The topic of discussion is: Reclaiming and Reconstructing the Narrative Surrounding St. Helena Schools. We want to hear from you about how we can improve school/community relations and discuss the various initiatives around the school district that support our vision.

What is the C.A.R.E.S. Committee? The Community Allies Reaching Educational Equity and Success Committee is a part of our equity initiative to leverage the positive impacts of community engagement to support the needs of our increasingly diverse body of learners. The CARES Committee is tasked with planning and facilitating discussions aimed at building community engagement amongst all stakeholders and having all stakeholders' parents, district leaders, and community leaders collaborate on ideas and collective vision building to improve learner outcomes.
