NOTICE OF RECORDS DESTRUCTION
The Special Education Department (354 Sitman, Greensburg, LA 70441), will be destroying Special Education records of students whose special education services ended or students who have left the School District more than seven years ago.
Pick up of records may be arranged by calling the Special Education Department office at (225) 222-4349. An individual 18 years of age or older, unless adjudicated, must request his/her own records. Proper identification is required.
RECORDS dated prior to September 1, 2014 will be destroyed on October 31, 2021. If further information is needed, please visit the school district’s website at http://www.sthpk-12.net or call (225) 222-4349.
