Another Hawks is about to soar to higher heights!
Join us in celebrating our senior, Tristan Hookfin, a 1,000-point scorer and 1st Team All District in LHSAA District 9-2A, as she signs her official letter of intent to compete in collegiate athletics at BRCC!
Tristan will make history as the first female athlete from SHCCA in over 15 years to sign a collegiate letter of intent while still in high school.

Please join us in extending our sincere appreciation to Mr. Nick Muse and his special guest presenters for their leadership and commitment to our learners through the Building Young Men Clinic held at St. Helena College and Career Academy. This initiative provided a powerful and timely opportunity for our young men to engage in meaningful dialogue centered on planning for a successful future.

Good evening:
St. Helena College and Career Academy will resume at its regular time tomorrow (4/2/26) under a boil advisory. Water bottles will be available for everyone and cafeteria meals will be properly adjusted.

ATTENTION:
Due to the length of their routes, the learners who attend SHATA and ELC who ride Mr. Holden, Mr. Baker and Mr. Welch's buses must also be dismissed at 1:00pm.

Greetings Parents, Due to an unforeseen issue with the town’s water system, St. Helena College and Career Academy will not have water supply for the remainder of the day. As a result, the College and Career Academy has no choice but to dismiss school at 1:00pm today. Please note that this early dismissal applies only to the College and Career Academy; the other two schools will continue normal operations. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause; however, without water, kids cannot use the restroom and the food service staff cannot prepare their regular meals. The health and safety of our learners and staff remain our top priority, and we must ensure a clean and sanitary environment. We are in communication with the Office of Emergency Preparedness and the Town of Greensburg and will share updates as we receive them. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We had the joy of celebrating our SHCCA Staff and Learners of the Year at a special brunch. Surrounded by loved ones and colleagues, their dedication, hard work, and heart were on full display. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do. #SuccessDefined #StHelenaWinning

Congrats to SHCCA for winning the 2026 LSBA Video Contest! Schools were challenged to produce a video that highlights the people and programs that make our school a place where possibilities are endless.
This accomplishment highlights the power of our district’s vision and the impact of providing access to programs such as dual enrollment, industry-based certifications, and innovative learning platforms that prepare our learners for success beyond high school.

It’s time to SHOW WHAT YOU KNOW, Hawks! 🦅✨
Please review our upcoming LEAP2025 Testing Dates.

Senior Carl Caston, 25-26 Beta Club President, stated: “Leadership starts with learning. Today’s officer training was a step forward for our leaders in Beta.”
The club officers had an opportunity to engage in officer training hosted by a LA state sponsor who has years of experience with National Beta. Mrs. Whittington ignited a fire and reminded our learners that they are the leaders who will shape our school’s future.
They have taken the charge! Stay tuned as they continue to make a difference in our school culture and community! #Leadership #Service #Character #Achievement

Dinner and a Play with several of our English III learners at SHCCA. As they read The Great Gatsby, we are bringing the novel to life by attending the live performance at the Saenger Theater in New Orleans.

The Class of 2027 Junior Vision Brunch at SHCCA was a tremendous success! ✨
This impactful event brought together community leaders, professionals, and learners for a day focused on career exploration, leadership, and future planning. Learners had the opportunity to hear from inspiring guest speakers, participate in career table conversations, and create vision boards to begin mapping out their goals beyond high school.
A special recognition goes to Micah Starks, JR Class Pres., whose vision, leadership, and dedication played a major role in bringing this event to life. His commitment to creating meaningful opportunities for his classmates is a true example of learner leadership in action.
We are proud of the Class of 2027 for their engagement and excitement about their futures, and we extend our sincere thanks to all of the guest speakers and community partners who invested their time and wisdom into our learners.

The St. Helena Parish School Board members and administrators value the voices of our community. The Constituent Services Form is designed to give every parent, learners, employee, and community member a direct way to share concerns, ideas, or questions with district leadership.
Your input helps us better understand the needs of our community and ensures that we are addressing the issues that matter most to you. Whether it’s a suggestion for improvement, a question about district operations, or a concern that requires attention, this form provides a clear pathway for open communication.
We encourage all community members to use this tool as we work together to strengthen trust, improve services, and make St. Helena Parish Schools the best they can be for our learners and families.
